Thank you for shopping with The Freckled Olive! All of our jewelry is handmade with care, and we want to make sure it arrives safely to you.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (USA) We ship to all 50 states via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These fees are set by your country's customs authority and are outside of our control.

Estimated Delivery Times

• USA: 3–7 business days (unless you have a custom order made just for you)
• International: 2–6 weeks depending on destination and customs processing

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at thefreckledolive@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
